Here at spurtion Outlet, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately, spurtion will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage.  Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each jewelry is hand checked by a member of Team spurtion before shipment to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.

 The following reasons are covered by our 60-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.(spurtion is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees)

 If you discover we sent the wrong order or item(s), you received broken items, or poor-quality products,please take pictures of the items you received and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.(We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.)

 The following reasons are NOT covered by our 60-day Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your spurtion product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.

 The following reasons are covered by our 60-day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.(Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and spurtion only refund 50% fee)

Should you wish to return your item(s), because you chose the wrong size/color/material,gave the wrong name,don’t like the design,personal reasons due to changed mind,etc,please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record).

 Please note that returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than spurtion error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required) Please be advised that expedited shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. 

 Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package

 Change Order

During The Production Process, We Typically Require 1-2 Business Days For Processing. If You Need To Change The Style, Please Contact Us Via Email As Soon As Possible.

  

Cancel Order

If You Cancel Your Order Within 10 Hours, Spurtion Will Process A Full Refund For You. A 15% Transaction Fee Will Be Charged For Orders Canceled Within 24 Hours, If More Than 24 Orders Have Already Shipped Can Not Be Canceled Orders Such As.

Lost Parcel

Should The Parcel be Lost In Transit, Spurtion Re-Customize New Item(S) And Re-Arrange Shipment For Free. Due To Insufficient/Wrong Address, Or The Parcel cannot be picked up In Time, Spurtion Can Cover The Product Fee To Re-Customize New Item(S) But Not Shipping Fee. Please Make Sure The Address, Zip Code, And Tel Are All Right While Ordering.
